Hypemax is a Google Partner digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads and Meta Ads management. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Hypemax Advertising Potential Calculator, available on our country landing pages.

When you use the calculator, we collect the answers you provide, including your industry, sub-industry, years in business, monthly advertising budget and average customer value, together with the landing page country and path you used. If you request a free trial or a growth consultation, we also collect your business name, website, email address, phone number and preferred meeting date and time.

We use this information to generate your advertising potential forecast, to respond to meeting requests, and to contact you about the free trial or growth consultation you requested. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Where information is stored
Forecast and lead information is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Access is restricted to Hypemax and is not exposed through a public administration interface.
5. Cookies and tracking
We may use standard analytics and advertising measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, only where these have been configured for the relevant landing page. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
